Bless my cotton socks, I think it IS him! I taped the TOTP2 performance last night, and after looking at it again, the trumpet "player" on the right looks suspiciously well-camoflagued, with a scarf hiding the lower half of his face and a huge furry hat. Plus, he certainly has that Drummond gangliness we all know and love. However, there's no mention of it in Julian Cope's "Head On" - and I don't know where else it could be confirmed.
