Re: [KLF] FSOL / WTIL
-------------------------------- has anyone heard the recent future sound of london dj set on resonance fm london? the second part of the show, at around 14:32 on the clock, has a great WTIL rendition that i'm totally unfamiliar with. does anyone recognise it? the entire show, in all its technicolour glory, is available here: http://getafixx.com/music/fsol/resonance_fm_london_28_01_2003/ --------------------------------- Tony, Thanks for the link to the FSOL mix - nice one! Unfortunately I can't help with the WTIL rendition - maybe someone else on the list can. Rgds Jon@brandnew

It's actually from "Jesus Christ Superstar". I forget the title of the track, but I know it was discussed on-list a few years ago. The theory is that WTIL borrowed from it, since JCS came first(1973). http://us.imdb.com/Title?0070239 g23 __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! I think the title is Crucifixion. But yes, those three WTIL notes are very common in many types of music...
Jesus Christ Superstar - Judas' Death The wahwah guitar plays the WTIL notes. kubi Glacial Twenty-Three wrote:
