This is a finnish radio station, which focuses (or has focused) on older dance music, mainly from 1990 - 2000. It's been around for a while and it started as an internet radio. Nothing to do directly with The KLF, but it's quite clear where they got the name and logo ;) ..I guess they didn't find Compacta font so they decided to use Impact :D -- antti l.
