ahh, there's an idea. i've got "disk", too, and have never used the multimedia portion cuz i never got it to work. i will look into this.
An electronics shop near me used to sell the format (this was in the late 80s) - the only thing I really remember was that the rack of available titles was laughably small, and they had a demo disk of madonna permanently fixed in the machine. I seem to recall that Front 242 released a CDV single (possibly headhunter?) somewhere along the line too...
