I've come across a few mentions of the above 12" bootleg mentioned on the web. Pete Tong has played it. Does anyone know what it sounds like? Research seems to suggest that it's a mash-up of an individual track called "At the Rave" by the Buick Project http://www.juno.co.uk/products/180870-01.htm, but I could be wrong.

hi there, i know quite a lot about this... J boy z is for James Zabeila who is a house top 100 Dj in Dj ,mag. He basically got a current house track (by nick fanchuilli??, must ask again) which i think s called at the rave and added what time is love over the top. There is also a video made by him and his girlfriend filmed in the new forest where they are burnign pound notes (which have James Zabeila's face on them). I will see if i can get a web friendly copy uploaded if james thinks this is ok. on another note i have LOADS of spare web space and 100gb transfer per month on a super fast server, so if somebody could forward that Chippuing Norton footage i could host it. Hi, I've just got an e-mail by some person that's involved with Jimmy's upcoming exhibition and his new book. This guy has told me that Jimmy will no longer be part of The Blacksmoke Organisation due to "some disagreement on how the whole Greenpeace thing". Weird, eh? Does anyone have infos on that? Tim? Andy? Just wanted to let you know. Cheers, Dan --- a.k.a. Kuta, KLF Online (www.klf.de)
Clearly, there's some kind of confusion issue here. 'some disagreement on how the whole Greenpeace thing' is bad grammarically and doesn't tell us the real source of the problem. Could it be that the former KLF keyboard-player is in denial and perhaps even needing the services of a celebrity doctor like TV's 'Dr. Phil' to help him clear these things up towards some kind of closure, instead of wildly sending off emails which really just add on to an atmosphere of chaos and Just a suggestion Daniel Erlemann <daniel@klf.de> wrote: This guy has told me that Jimmy will no longer be part of The Blacksmoke Organisation due to "some disagreement on how the whole Greenpeace thing". Okay, Raymond... I didn't read it that close so here's the whole part: "Jimmy no longer works with the Blacksmoke Organisation by the way. Sorry Seb but I can't reveal the name here... He's working with Jimmy. That's the only thing I can say. But here's what he has just written concerning the Blacksmoke crash: "I don't know a huge amount about the 'split-up' if you can call it that. I don't think there was anything acrimonious about it... Jimmy just didn't like the direction it was going in... particularly the star endorsements they were seeking for the Greenpeace campaign. It's just not his style & Greenpeace wouldn't use any of his designs anyway. As far as I know Keir is continuing to run the website but I can't really see any longevity in it. Stamps are the future!" Hope this clears things up a bit. Further news soon on klf.de Dan Am 28.09.2005 um 16:12 schrieb Sebastien Ledys:

The reports are true... Jimmy stopped being operationally involved with blacksmoke.org in early July after concerns arose surrounding Greenpeace and the DGW project Jimmy is also no longer involved with the Transit Kings which is why he was not at the Big Chill this summer He did perform at the Port Elliot Lit Festival with guerrila style radio transmissions on 103fm as the Junior Insurgent Transistor Ensemble... a project which to the best of my knowledge he is still actively involved with... it has to be said that Jimmy seemed to be happiest when showing and discussing his creative art projects including his new book tim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daniel Erlemann" <daniel@klf.de> To: "All bound for Mu-Mu Land." <klf@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Wednesday, September 28, 2005 3:17 PM Subject: Re: [KLF] Blacksmoke = History?

let's all hope that someone recorded this transmission and will make it surface for us. Tim, have you heard anything or do you know what it sounds like? on the blacksmoke forum some guy named stumpy said "the radio broadcast saved what was a very wet weekend" i'll try to message him... seb
He did perform at the Port Elliot Lit Festival with guerrila style radio transmissions on 103fm as the Junior Insurgent Transistor Ensemble... a project which to the best of my knowledge he is still actively involved with...
