This is supposed to have excellent sound quality, but I wouldn't pay more than $25 for it... -paul
Just found "down at the zoo" by Those Naughty Lumps (not the expensive copy from ebay, but VERY cheap). One of the songs (the titel-song) is co-written by Bill. All 4 tracks is produced by Noddy Knowler, who also produced "nothing special" and "cindy and the bardiedolls" for Big in Japan. Bill and David Balfe (the chameleons) later produced 2 songs by Those Nauhgty Lumps which can be found at the "Zoo Uncaged"-record. But according the the original 7'' where these songs are taken from they are both produced by NODDY KNOWLER. Noddy also produced a single by Pink Millitary (a group with the former female singer from Big in Japan) and various other liverpool-records. The Big in Japan-tracks were all demos, and could easily be produced by one of the members, so Noddy Knowler could be Balfe or Bill. That could explain why two songs claims to be produced by first Noddy and then The Chameleons. Ulrik
