Being a Beatles connoisseur myself I have to say I've never heard of this track, but then again I never pay attention to interview cds. I've checked the Beatles bootleg resources and found nothing for Trancentral or Transcentral. I asked the Beatles newsgroup and someone reminds me that McCartney's first Fireman CD, which came out in 1993, features three tracks with Tranc or Trans in the title. But with it's solid red cover I doubt this would be confused with a Beatles interview disc.
