It looks for all the world like a reissue - certainly not an original: no CDs I ever saw in 1989 had clear plastic inlay trays, and I've never seen a JAMSCD4 (just JAMSLP4s) that has a sticker. Sadly, the item is no longer clickable (eBay says it's been "removed") but if you check "completed items" and "KLF" in eBay it shows up if you filter by price. It's about halfway down the page. From the tiny thumbnail image, it looks are rather snazzy item - but it no way like the original 1989 CD.
