There have been 2 CD bootlegs that are decent copies of the original. One came out around 1994 and the other around 1999. Both bootlegs look like the came from the same bootlegger too. The problem is that a lot of people can't tell the real from the fake. My real one has KLF copyright information while the fake doesn't. The real disk is black with rust colored lettering and the boot is black with bright red. There was also a very obvious bootleg CD of 'Space' and 'Chill Out' together although the end of Chill Out I believe was cut and i'm not sure of the quality, whether it was a direct copy. There are a few around and I should think on eBay or whatever it would cost less than an original but still fetch more than a new CD.
