RE: [KLF] Re: Drummond's "The Man" Re-released with "The Manager" As A Bonus Track
It's being re-released by Castle Communications. They have run a series of "Creation Records" re-releases this year, including "best ofs" the BMX Bandits and the Boo Radleys, and last month they they brought out 1991's "Astronauts" album by the Lilac Time with extra tracks. It seems like they're cherry-picking the Creation catalogue that hasn't already been re-released by Sony. And if, as mentioned in the "Magpie Eyes" book, the KLF had signed with Alan McGee to Creation back in 1987, we might have had their re-releases too, now ... John

Thomas et al. The front page of klf.de mentions the re-release of The Man, but claims the Manager's Speech has never been on CD. I can't find my copy right now, but wasn't the full version on the Creation compilation "American Pensioners On Ecstacy" ? jon

Indeed. My fault... that's the part of the discography I never looked at too close. ..::// Thomas

That's a part of my collection I never listen to too closely either! :) jon -- Horms and I discussed this, and we came up with two categories of people. People who use vim, and people who don't realize that they could be using vim. - Geoff Harrison
