I assume the "black and white one" being referred to is this disk: http://www.klf-communications.net/DATA/waiting2.jpg nope that wasn't the one i was referring to... that appeared way before "waiting for the rights of mu" and the sound is much better quality... unfortunately it is only the one track "waiting" but a nice piece and no mistake... If so, I'm pretty certain this predates the Echo Beach disc by some time and it's this one which I believe is a legit promo (again - my impression, not definitive. it could simply be a rip off the videotape). Now if you guys are referring to some other disc, then, yeah, it's a boot. there was a bootleg of "waiting for the rights of mu" which appeared once the echo beach edition vanished and they started changing hands in record collector for £50 plus... obviously someone decided to capitalize tim positive void communications
