Aaaagh! Just a warning to you all. My other hard disk (with all my music, downloads & photoshop stuff on it) has just gone pop. Evidently it's a known problem with this Fujitsu drive so I have lost everything on it. Make this weekend backup weekend. CDs/DVDs are inexpensive. Stop downloading and start backing up. Lost loads of KLF stuff! Grrrr Cheerio Andy

Was working in Euston Road yesterday. Ironically, my train arrived at Euston at 9.16 - the time of the second explosion. Bizarrely though, I knew nothing of what was going on until I got to the office and started my RSS ticker up. A very sad day. I'm pleased to see the press are taking the 'we will not be beaten' approach however. -----Original Message----- From: klf-bounces+chris=k23productions.com@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:klf-bounces+chris=k23productions.com@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of KLF- gyerek Sent: 08 July 2005 08:22 To: klf@mailman.xmission.com Subject: [KLF] OT / London... Malicious Damage is planning an album with "unreleased orb stuff". This is taken from their site: ---------------- orbsessions this wonderful collection of rarities from the spherical archives is now in production and scheduled for release on 01.09.05... the tracklisting is: mummy don't/sail/sun of/eurofen/orbzone/yungle/72.5 [feat. nitram]/steel horse/orbert/twinkle and the list of singers and players reads thus: g pratt, n walsh, graybeard, a hughes, t felhmann, a paterson, f le gonidec, thrash, v mcdonald, d beken, a omori and r fripp... the packaging is gorgeous and this is only volume one! ----------------------------- We all know that Graybeard is Cauty. Ulrik Brandt
Surely 'Orbert' is the rather lovely 51m-long FFWD demo, available if you hunt around (eg Rob's FTP) so perhaps this is an edit? Intriguing...but i'm only a part-time Orb fan and never really got my head around anything produced after FFWD or Orbus Terrarum...if there is more FFWD-like stuff in that tracklist though, and Mr Fripp's name would indicate so, they have my money =) tbc.
