Great interview (must disagree that J&A is the only one that stood the test of time) www.clashmusic.com/feature/back-from-the-ashes-jimmy-cauty
Great interview indeed, but what really catched my eyes was a line where he talks about not doing comeback..: "WeÂ’ve got a longer term plan.".. anttil. On 1.6.2012 15:27, Ulrik Brandt wrote:

And other thing is that Jimmy keeps talking about the catalogue, like it still exists :) "People keep saying, ‘You’re so broke now, you should put your catalogue out.’ But even if we did we wouldn’t actually make any money out of it. We’d probably lose money by putting it out.” ..interesting...very interesting.. -- antti l. On 1.6.2012 15:55, Andy Lee wrote:

If they made stuff available with digital delivery...I don't see how they *couldn't* make some money. All those remixes, rarities, acetates, unlabeled 12" singles with obscure matrix numbers, Deep Shit, The Black Room, maybe they just don't think there's enough of us. The longer they wait, they might be right. I'd pay $30 for a download of an album of unreleased KLF. Heck, I think I paid that much for Ultra Rare Tracks at one point, hehe. I'd much rather send the money to Bill and Jimi than to someone else. jr ----------------------------------------- Jeremiah "Spassvogel" Rickert 6'7" 350 lbs of Dr. Pepper and Pez Candy. -----------------------------------------
The problem with digital delivery, especially with a narrowing market, is that the sales will be diluted by piracy. Kopyright Liberation Front. I think they knew something a long time before we did. -----Original Message----- From: klf-bounces@mailman.xmission.com [mailto:klf-bounces@mailman.xmission.com] On Behalf Of Jeremiah Rickert Sent: 02 June 2012 07:06 To: All bound for Mu-Mu Land. Possibly, but any sales would be almost pure gravy. I still think they'd sell plenty. jr ----------------------------------------- Jeremiah "Spassvogel" Rickert 6'7" 350 lbs of Dr. Pepper and Pez Candy. ----------------------------------------- On Sat, 2 Jun 2012, Ross Jarvis wrote:

Maybe its just coincidence, but this new movie Jimmy' doing is about a road trip, is this Jimmy going back to do a road movie 23 years on. I wonder if Bill had any input. ________________________________ From: Andy Lee <andrewdavidlee@gmail.com> To: All bound for Mu-Mu Land. <klf@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Friday, 1 June 2012, 13:55 Subject: Re: [KLF] New cauty interview I have a new long term plan - locate shipping container!
