Uhm... can't really imagine J&A (tammy) while cruising around. Go To Sleep or 3AM are way better choices (KLF-wise). The Sisters Of Mercy (Slight Case Of Overbombing) make a good travelling soundtrack, just make sure you hit the brakes every now and then... ;-)

Jam & Spoon's hands on Yello "you gotta say yes to another excess - great mission (uff die 12-mix)" is very good for driving. It makes you go faster and faster, especially that 11 minute "uff die 12-mix". If someone remembers, they had a tron like racing video.
