Re: [KLF] What is there left to Kollect?
There are loads of these Amnesty Discs around. I sold a Cranberries one on Ebay back in 2003 (and the buyer told me there were at least another 3 featuring Dolores and the boys). Due to the picture disc ink, and the lo-fi original recordings, most of the speeches included are indespiherable (and bugger all to do with the featured artists, of course). I think the Cranberries ones feature speeches from WOMAD in 1986 (four years before the band had even formed). I expect the KLF ones are similar. However, I suppose the count as "legit" product more than some marble-effect Love Trance ever will. Sadly, no one has yet to put up a website about these discs, the speeches included and sponsoring artists etc., maybe because most people are only interested in the ones that feature their favourite artists.

Its just a speech, no music. Check out the discog entry....
The KLF - remixes and production work
[Amnesty International: N/A] [Amnesty International: N/A] 7"PD: 1991 UK (??; BSAPC-7-1) [x1] [KLF: Layout. Test pressing of an Amnesty International charity picture disc. The KLF 'created' the artwork by sending in a copy of their T-speaker White Room ad. It was rejected. The recording is speech only and has nothing to do with the KLF whatsoever.]

Apologies for suddenly posting to the list so many times!
Can anyone provide more info on these pic discs? As yet again I wasn't aware of them...what are the tracks? Why were they released and how many? etc...
Muchos gracias!
