I like the Six but it should be mentioned that 'Danger (High Voltage)' was originally recorded/released in 2001, early 2002 at the latest, when they were calling themselves The Wildbunch (confusing themselves with the pre-Massive Attack Bristol noiseniks of the same name).
It featured in a lot of DJ sets and mixes around this time by the likes of Felix Da Housecat, Soulwax etc so whilst it is a great track, it isn't the in sound of 2003 that some make it out to be, though whether the other album tracks and singles were also a couple of years old, i'm not sure =)
understood - I know some of the stuff is older, like "dance commander" (which I first saw in their "young as hell" EPK as the wild bunch but the album "fire" was released 2003, was it not? and at any rate it was newer than anything else on that list also, the "danger! high voltage" extended remix is KLF-y in its sense of humor, mimicking new order's "blue monday" and something duran duran in it as well
