Re: Re: [KLF] The White Room demo cassette
Well, the original cassette was a Mike Dutton affair (yup, him!), which contained those tracks mentioned previously, and had a glossy cardboard sleeve with a cartoon picture of Bill & Jimmy holding a sheep on the front cover. Mike also produced a t-shirt with this design on it, but I never bought it off him. Unfortunately, I've since lost my copy of the tape I got from Mike, and the chances of obtaining another one from the elusive Mr Dutton are slim to remote! There is one available via GEMM, which states that it's a photocopied cover (i.e. a bootleg of a bootleg), so I'm not sure what the overall quality of the tape would be...? I think that the original video compilation was a Dutton affair (at least that's where I obtained mine from when he was still sending items out...!), and had a different cover to the ones being advertised on e-bay nowadays. Anyway, it's worth getting, but if you can access the MP3's, then obviously it's a lot cheaper! ;-> l8rs, Nick ;-)

Mine's a studio cassette - can't remember the studio. C46 witha black & grey card insert with a palm tree on it from vague memory. Track details are type written on.
I'll let you know when I get home. (if I ever escape from work)
