England and Wales, surely. ;-) John PS - When Scotland got its own parliament, there was talk of tax concessions for bands/acts which were "Celtic" or "traditional" in flavour (much like Blair's extra dole money, as long as the music you made was deemed commercial - dull Britpop, basically). This concession would have totally ignored bands like Primal Scream, Travis (spit) or Boards of Canada - and thankfully the idea never got beyond the talking shop stage. But it does prove that insane legislation, and ways of making money from people's fragile creativity, are always just round the corner.
