Huh. Not surprising. Orbital has always been sorted tied in with this stuff. The Dr Who thing and all too. Thanks for the reply, I was dying to discuss this stuff, but Lazlo is being a total "C" to me over at orblist. At least I'm not the only one chuffed at him. Thanks KLF list for being so low key and informative. Also quick on the responses, holy crap! np- M83 'Safe' On Fri, 21 Jan 2005 19:57:20 +0100 (CET), John Milne <john@highlandland.fsnet.co.uk> wrote:
I once saw LX Dee DJ-ing in a "Clockwork Orange" t-shirt. And didn't he used to end DJ sets with "I Wanna Marry a Lighthouse Keeper"?

All I know of this song is that it is playing when Alex returns to his paren'ts house only to find "Joe" his replacement sitting next to his parents. A very funny scene, actually.
I had read that LX was gonna remix this song, and was very excited.
What ever happened?
Oh, and one trippy fact is that I read the lyrics are slightly varied in the movie vs the soundtrack, like to f**k with your head I guess.
Lately, I've been cranking the March from Clockwork Orange, ever since I heard the clip where Kraftwerk used it live I've been obsessed with finding it, and I did. Did you know that the March is the first recorded song ever to feature the use of a vocoder.
