I was shown an initial edit of a short 'Silent Protest' film on a laptop in the pub after one of Bill`s lectures in Swansea at the end of last year. The film basically consisted of Bill dealing a pack of Silent Protest cards at the lens of the camera. There was no soundtrack as it was silent, but Bill was musing about adding some noisy musical backing similar to the repetitive distorted sounds of Suicide or somesuch.
