Malicious Damage said they were going to get together to finish it of and finally release it officially. Last word from Tony a few weeks back was maybe one day. This is the 1989 version

I couldn't find it in the ten minute Google search I did, but there was an interview with either Jimmy or Alex within the last two years where whoever it was said they were working on recreating the original Space.
