Yes, PVC is quite correct the style of writing in the runout on promo 3 should be almost identical as promo 2 small letters and no hyphens.
In the auction it is quite clear from the pic that there are hyphons in the runout.

Both original records were pressed at the same pressing plant and the writing in the run out groove on both the records was the same (small & neat)

 

The PROMO3 boot has large handwriting in the run out groove

How would you know if the 12" of WTIL Acid Mix is a boot or not? Was it only pressed with light blue labels??? I'd hate to buy a record for that sort of money to find out it was a boot.
