Whiggy cut this track.  Cant recall his real name.  Was a list member some years back.  Also, at the time, had the nicest cleanup of the White Room Soundtrack.

This is indeed an edit of the Rights of Mu (sic) cd.  It was quite good, IIRC.  I no longer seem to have a copy.
