I also purchased and read the ebook and to add to what has been said I find it hard to believe this has been padded out into a full length book as it only took me a few days to read. there must be loads of photos to fill out the pages unless there are more words? The bit about the rabbit from the Echo and the Bunnymen days was good... On 25/09/2013 22:43, O'Higgins wrote:
Delurking to say: I read the ebook version and was a bit disappointed. It's kinda cool in that it's written chaotically--very RAW/Illuminatus! inspired with its jumps and leaps, and most of the tangents and oddball connections are followed up an and tie in to the main theme, but not all of them. The book is extremely Bill heavy. Very little Jimmy at all. If you've read Bill's books there's not a whole lot here you don't already know, and I'm guessing that that's pretty much what the author used as his source materials. So not much new insight, especially not into Jimmy's role in things, but that said it was still entertaining. Disappointing but entertaining.
Returning to the Lurk,
