Mine came in a black die cut card sleeve with a black poly-lined inner sleeve (although I guess that the inner had been added by the previous owner to protect it). It also came with a dot-matrix printed promo sheet, on the same paper and with the same font as the information sheets that KLF Comms used to send out. Mine came in a plain black sleeve with a white innersleeve which just says
"klf". It's the same handwriting as many of my other handwritten promos.

I got mine from the boxes delivered to Appearing and they were in black plain sleeves.
