If I recall correctly, this was an official mix commissioned by Parlophone for some Beatles anniversary but was only officially circulated as an in-house CD. Cauty posted this for a short period on some website or another (Jimmy Cauty remixer I think). Right after it was pressed, a few copies found their way to online auction sites for exorbitant sums. I seem to recall Alex Paterson and maybe Cauty had vinyl copies for mixing, but their copies are the only vinyl known to exist, the rest are CD or CD-R (20 or 30 I seem to recall). I scrammed a download copy from somewhere when it was offered. I can't remember the site - was there a scourge of the earth site? (my version is 4mins 48)
A beatles remix was never going to get an official release
