With all due respect, this really isn't an issue for the list to be concerned about. Surely 82.141.187.230 isn't going to raise his hand and say "oops, sorry". Since the list archives are available for searching via google everyone has access to the FTP. I occasionally get emailed by people who found some post I made on google and wanting copies of things.

My suggestion: There is only one known Hungary based list member. Ban the entire 82.141.x.x range. See if our Hungarian member is within that range. If he is set him up a private account or some other reasonable solution.
