Took another look at Amazon's page for Wild Highway. Didn't see a release date last time, but it's now listed as Oct 15. (unusual in that it's a Friday). Published by Creation Books (http://www.creationbooks.com/) but their website doesn't list it. They also released Bad Wisdom in the US.
