OK. This is OT too, sorry. I'm intrigued at what Chris was saying about people objecting to "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". That really is astounding! Of course, "Life of Brian" got a huge amount of complaints (anyone ever see that late night interview show Cleese and Palin were on, alongside a "smug and devout" Malcolm Muggeridge and the Bishop of Southwark, in full bishopric regalia?) but to complain about "Holy Grail" really is mad. It's a very silly film, based mostly on discarded scripts from the fourth Python TV series, which were then reworked for the movie ... Although I did once meet an expert on Arthurian myth (actually, he was a bit of a nutter) on a bus to St Andrews University, and he spent most of the journey complaining about the inaccuracies in the film ... Those who are interested might like to read this article, which argues that in these days of religious fundamentalism, "Monty Python's Life of Brian" is too gentle a satire to combat it: http://www.sundayherald.com/42029 (Mel Gibson's "Passion of the Christ", a violently pornographic, arguably anti-Semitic, definitely misogynistic gorefest, also gets a mention).
