ThanksI actually got it off ebay recently, cost me an arm and a leg, was a bit unsure when I bid on it but when I got my hands on it and examined it, played it etc (only once to record to md) there is no way it's a boot. My guess is its a test pressing which could mean there may only be 6 in existance and if it is a test pressing was it authorised by bill & jimmy? However there are fully labelled and sleeved love trances these could be test pressings where someone has stuck the labels on since, and is now listed in the new record collector price guide. Can I ask the story of how you managed to find it? Vast quantities of money on ebay? or a jaw dropping suprise for 50p at the local car boot. my guess is neither of those, but I'm not sure I could keep my jaw off the carpet if I found it while rooting through some vinyl. It was pressed at adrenalin and you may have noticed it samples from Space. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ian Ireland To: klf@mailman.xmission.com Sent: Monday, January 10, 2005 8:05 PM Subject: [KLF] Thanks Hi Folks, Just a quick note to day thanks. After much looking I found the details for the KLFcentral ftp site And the one run by Rmstringer. Wow its like being given the keys to the sweet shop. I love the blacksmoke stuff, just feel slightly uneasy with all the 9/11 commentators. Whats everyones Opinion on it? I've tried e-mailing Rmstringer and Mark Weston, but I'm not getting any response. I've just got Soulseek Setup and would love to take up Mark's kind offer. Thanks to everyone involved in creating such a fantastic KLF resource. Is that Love Trance, THE Love trance I thought they didn't press any. WOW who has a copy.
