Hi All,

I'm French, and I met the label director of Dance Pool (a french label of Sony Music) some years ago. His name was Olivier Chatelin. Saddly he's now dead so it will be impossible to know more about his collaboration with The KLF...

Here is the story about the J&A/A:WTIL picture disc:

Olivier was a big fan of The KLF, and he would like to promote and develop them in France. Moreover there exists only in France the promo record for No More Tears.
Liberation is a french newspaper, and the Picture Disc was a promotional communication, made with the autorisation of Bill and Jimmy.
So it is an official Dance Pool release, which was the french label which distributed KLF records in France.
