Sarcasm aside, I too feel it's genuine, based on the clarity of the b-side, the Monster Attack mix of WTIL.
Too have included that track, which, according to the discog, was only pressed on 3 discs but we'll say it's slightly higher, you would need to have one of the following:
- an original pressing with Monster on it
- One of the two bootleg compilations containing it (WROST and Arkive 1)
- Master tapes

The sound quality of Miles pressing of Monster far surpasses the quality of both the bootleg version so they are clearly ruled out.
So, the bootlegger must have had their own copy of Monster, or it's genuine. Chances are that the bootleger/manufacturer had a copy of this pressing, plus a set of labels and sleeves narrows down that option considerably. But there is still that chance.
Given the facts, which is more likely? (not that facts matter to some here)
