I always thought there were two editions of JAAH, the pink version (which I have) being the second. Also the pink one is A5 format, and I always thought the 'original' was larger (A4?). Perhaps there were alternate colours for each print run too. I seem to remember the one I have being slightly revised too, with mention of the K Foundation, could well be wrong though.

John, sorry for not replying sooner but I use CuteFTP which can be found with a quick Google i'm sure. There is a trial version but it's shareware and doesn't 'lock out' when the trial period ends. Recommend this to anyone else having ftp problems, certainly works fine with RM's server anyway.
