No offence here, RM, but
think about it for a moment. It's not if people like you or not, it's more
that despite this being a KLF list, I (at least) can't recall one time in recent
months where you contributed anything worthwhile discussion wise.
Looking at your posts
still available on my email server you posted a few "me too" requests where
someone has offered a track (so you can add it to your server), offered that
your server has a majority of KLF tracks, several posts asking or commenting on
how to convert audio formats to other, several posts re Martyn Bennett
(relevance being lost on me), asking for help because you can't access your
website (?), alerted us that you've uploaded pics of your family to your site,
and offered up a new mix you did. Twenty-some posts and one or two of
interest to the group at large. This is about average for any time period
we could look at.
Everyone appreciates your
server being available, and we all tolerate the occasional question or off topic
post because, after all, we're all friends here in a sense.
I do, however, dislike
you dangling your ftp server in front of us when someone complains but your lack
of relevant posts. You come off, frankly, like a kid telling us he'll take
his ball and go home. Yes, we have all used it at some point, yes we all
appreciate it, but don't threaten us with it just because someone tells you
(again) to at least put an [OT] at the start of your posts. Your server
doesn't give you license to, as someone says, treat the list as your personal
help desk.
