[KLF] That Building on the cover of KSTJ

Hi All, Does anyone know where in Spain that building on the cover of KSTJ is located? Can anyone suggest a method to try and find out if no one actually knows? There was a posting of another artists video on youtube, shot in recent years, which also showed the iconic structure - can someone remind me of who it was and the song title please? Thank you all.
