Most times dvd-players (standalone ones) are region-free by design. Regions are then set depending on which markets they are sold in.<br><br>Most of the time, this is quite easy to get around - usually by pressing some combination on your remote or similar to get access to a &quot;system&quot;/&quot;hidden&quot; menu on your dvd-player where you can either choose a new region, or set the player to be region-free. <br>
<br>Just google your dvd-player (brand and model) + region-free :)<br>It&#39;s worked for me in for the dvd players I&#39;ve had.<br><br><br>Oh, and by the way.. I guess it goes without saying that I&#39;m interested in a copy of a dvd, I don&#39;t have the original one either.<br>

The real bug-bear for me is the audio hiss, most of which could be replaced with CD-quality audio very easily, and that which can&#39;t, I can record in real-time from VHS, minus hiss. Things like the &quot;cornfield&quot; version of WTIL, the TOTP appearances, the Brit Awards or even the Omnibus doc could be added too (or, in other words, a load of this stuff: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/klfcommunicationsnet" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/user/klfcommunicationsnet</a>).<br>
<br>Trouble is, while I have the means to record all this stuff, I lack most of the video. I have Waiting, Stadium House and the Indie video with Kylie Said To Jason, but that&#39;s it. I might, and this is a big &quot;might&quot;, be able to re-source the music videos at broadcast quality too. But if any of the rare stuff can be included, I&#39;ll need your help getting some of it.
