What is the Blacksmoke DLR from?

There was a DVD mailed out by Positive Void that featured the soundtrack over a video of the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) making its way from station to station. At the time it was a limited run given to those who shouted "Yes, please" first. :) - Thomas
