[KLF] [OT] Massive Attack -> Massive -> Massive Attack

the name change too ... I'm not sure if it happened in the US
My copy of the "Unfinished Sympathy" CD is a US import, and says "Massive"
on the front, rather than "Massive Attack", so I assume it must have done.
i thought it was world wide. i remember it being commented on in
magazines/radio here (.au) during the first gulf war. it changed back
afterwards.
