I still have the sales listing sheet from Stefan at Groovecheck.
He lists 12" JAMMS:Its Grim Up North (Unreleased silver vinyl sampler for the eventual release of grey vinyl edition) £75 - this would have been about 1995.

Looking at his listings he also has for sale a J&A 7" in clear vinyl.
