Am I mistaken…... or when I was listening to “James May’s Man Lab” tonight (on BBC HD – it was a repeat) did I not hear the same sample (or most probably the original) that’s used in LTTT 808 Bass version…..?

All novelty aside, this is one of the most satisfying things about being into the age of samples that was presented to us in the early 90s. I now listen predominantly to BBC Radio 2, and there are countless tracks I hear month after month that have been the original source for the pioneers of the 90s sound. A good example is:
