I have two ideas:

- some sleeves with stickers were lost and exchanged by blank sleeves
- there were 2000 pressed for Liberation maybe by KLF Communications for Dance Pool France (I don't know if it is possible between 2 records companies), and 2000 more only for a normal distribution, which explain the number of records pressed
