Try
using renigade.dyndns.org as the site name instead. To see if it's you or
your client, try the following:
In
Windows, do Start/Run and enter "cmd" (without the quotes) in the window that
appears. If you're using Windows 95, 98 or Millenium, entert "command"
instead and click OK.
A
command prompt should appear on screen. In it enter the following [ note:
'<-' means 'press enter' ]:
ftp
<-
open
renigade.dyndns.org <-
Wait
for the login message to appear, then enter:
KLF
Plus <-
KLF
Plus <-
That
should see you logged in.
To
exit, enter:
quit
<-
exit
<-
I've
pasted the full content of the command prompt text below for
reference:

Oh, I tried it with and without the caps, with and without
the space in the middle. I suspect that site works for most people most of the
time, I'm not criticising it. I don't know what the problem is, it
might even be something else on my machine, though I can't think what.
Ultimately not a big deal.

Make sure you use the capitals
properly.
I use the CoffeCup Ftp program, its not very
good
but I have no problems accessing the ftp
site.
And I'm behind a firewall.
I'm sure that just using the capitals will
resolve the problem
(in most cases)
