I have a 69 (pronounced six-nine, I think heÂs one of the original Detroit techno pioneers, but canÂt remember which one) CD at home and will look for that trak at the weekend. Going a bit off topic... IÂve recently got into the DJ Kicks series and really like what IÂve heard. Trying to trak down the Kruder & Dorfmeister one... WhatÂs the Andrea Parker one like? in this track:
Artist: Andrea Parker CD: DJ Kicks Track: 5: A remix of "Desire" by artist "69"
I don't know if anyone knows this track, but at the very end (exactly 03:30) it starts using a lot of "Go to sleep" synthesizer-riffs :) Although, ofcourse, that kind of 'Pizzicato' sound was very common in the 80's, this really sounds a LOT like The KLF's use of it.
