Amazon.co.uk says this is now available. The US site does not say the same. Has anyone gone looking for it yet?
just got delivered this morning from amazon.co.uk
it's a big book - but reading the first chapter, it's written in the same style as Bad Wisdom
there's also a typing error on the back cover
