What about a bus tour rather than a road trip? "Ladies and gentlemen, if you look out of the right side of the coach you can see the spot where Ford Timelord broke down and Jimmy Cauty had to fix it with a wrench ... and on our left is the remains of a buzzard and a water bottle that were designated a Drummond National Monument (Monumento Nacional el Reychico D) by King Juan Carlos in 1994." I remember posting a bit about this a couple of years ago. The building, the village, the castle and the observatory in "The White Room" movie are all in Andalucia in Spain. The observatory is linked to a university (can't remember which one) and is available for guided tours. The castle, I seem to remember, was a rock star's home at one point (it's hollow on the inside, like a Roman villa). The castle also appears in the David Essex movie Stardust, and I did a post about that to my inverarities blog, some time in May 2008.
Sorry I can't be more specific but it was a long time ago! :-))

Hi All,
Does anyone know where in Spain that building on the cover of KSTJ is
located?
Can anyone suggest a method to try and find out if no one actually
knows?
There was a posting of another artists video on youtube, shot in recent
years, which also showed the iconic structure - can someone remind me of who it was and the song title please?
Thank you all.
