Well, bizarrely, Ken Campbell holds the record for making the only successful stage show of "Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy" (and no, he didn't just sell 42 tickets). http://www.pfd.co.uk/scripts/get.py/stage/?playwrights%20CAMPBELK What the hell was "War With the Newts", btw? I can't help wondering if there are more versions of "What Time is Love" (on 12", CD, remixes, covers, etc) than there are of "Hitch Hiker" (radio plays, TV series, computer games, books, scripts, towels, etc)? ;) Seriously, though, I can't think of any records that Bill, Jimmy or any of their associates have broken. Maybe Echo and the Bunnymen did something during one of Bill's torturously strange tour itineraries. Or maybe Jimmy's "Lord of the Rings" poster sold more copies in Athena than any other? Anyone know? I have just checked out this record breaking website and lo and behold... http://www.humanchatterbox.co.uk/progress.asp Number of calls made to date: 2317 I reckon that there are enough on this list to help become part of history! http://www.humanchatterbox.co.uk/be_part_of_history.asp BTW How many world records have Bill/Jimmy (or associates - e.g. Ken Campbell) broken? (Wasn't there one for cover versions of WTIL or something, etc) _______________________________________________ KLF mailing list KLF@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/klf Report list abuse to list-abuse at studio-nibble.com
