[KLF] Choc Ice 3

Hi All, I recently picked up a copy of Choc Ice 3 for £12 in a record store in Birmingham. It's one sided and plays an instrumental version of J&A. Etched on the run out groove handwritten is 'Choc Ice 3' and 'Townhouse'. Is this a genuine Choc Ice 3, and have I picked up a bargain?!
