I don't think it's entirely off topic and irrelevant. They blatently use KLF references in nearly every album (i assume -- i've never heard any of them but based on the posts here...). Their album Techno Stadium being the most blatant in both title and artwork. And I think it's more along the lines of eye-rolling here-they-go-again rather than prasie or excitement. I mean, it's not like someone is posting tour dates and setting up scooter parties.
