Welcome back, Steve. Your number plates are great! I've spotted a few "KLF" ones myself (seem to be issued a lot around Aberdeen, maybe?) but never one with a 23 ... Just rejoined the list after a very long absence, thought I should say hello and not just lurk. I've been into the KLF since the stadium house trilogy came out, but have been relentless in my search for their vinyl. Got some other bits and pieces and some of Jimmy's art.
