This guy has sold some good stuff recently, however this promo 3 does look suspect, I have an original promo 3. there are 2 'rims' in the centre of the disc on ebay, the original only has 1 but without seeing the text in the runout one can't be 100% sure. The text should be the same as promo 2 and 099X.

rare items going for (generally) about £30 less than would previously have been the case?
